Experienced local Open Water Swim Coach Nina Yates and her safety team provide a variety of open water environments and swim retreats to coach
confidence, technique and efficiency.
From novices wanting to take their first steps into the open water to improvers, experienced and Channel swimmers.
Nina is also passionate about sharing the joy and health benefits of cold water therapy and promotes a respect for the sea.
She is a STA Level 2 Open Water Swim Coach, Level 2 Swimming Teacher, with Winter swimming certificate, National Vocational Beach Lifeguard First aid and Mental Health First aid qualifications.

1:1 Introduction to Open Water Swimming
This session is designed to establish swim goals, understand open water swim technique, safety aspects then in to the water to take a look. We can provide wetsuit and kit for beginners.
Open Swim Coaching
This a bespoke 1 hour session providing intensive technique and skills coaching, with recommendations for future training. For beginners and experienced swimmers.
Group Sea Swims
Bespoke coached swims to practice technique, distance, different sea conditions in a safe and fun group swim environment.
Cold Water Therapy
Regular sessions offered to experience the health benefits of open water swimming and develop confidence

FLOW CHARITY FUNDRAISERS
We partnered with the Lymington Sea Baths to challenge locals to a 1K open water swim to raise money for the local charities. The event will run again September 2021 details to follow.
